Beware, your Driving License can be cancelled

Beware while driving next time, as per the new direction of the Supreme court Your Driving License can be canceled for traffic violations such as overspeeding, overloading, drunken driving, and using mobile phones while driving. Provisions made under this law are :

1. Upon the first violation, the Driving License will be suspended for 3 months
2. On the second violation, the Driving License will be suspended for 6 months
3. Third violation will lead to permanent cancellation of the Driving License
