Download Form A and give signature and other details. Now save the filled form and click \u2018choose\u2019 and choose the filled form.<\/li>\n<li>Now click \u2018upload\u2019 and submit. It will direct you to the payment page.<\/li>\n<li>Pay in your preferable way. After payment, download the receipt.<\/li>\n<li>After submission of the application, you will get an application reference number. Use this reference number to track your application status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The generated user ID is valid for 30 days.
