There are two main situations: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Self Use: Bike owner, whose address has changed from one city to another city within or outside the state.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selling: If you sell your bike to someone who lives in another city or state, you have to apply for NOC. After you get NOC, give it to buyer. Buyer must submit it to new state RTO.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Scenarios_of_Bike_NOC\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Scenarios of Bike NOC<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are three scenarios to consider while applying for an NOC for bike transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>No loan on bike:\u00a0You can apply for No Objection Certificate for bike online at parent RTO directly for ownership transfer and self use in case of residence change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loan is there and continuing: If your bike loan is still running, you need to get loan continuation letter or NOC from bank. After you get NOC, give it to buyer. Buyer must submit it to new state RTO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loan is paid: If loan on vehicle has been repaid, get NOC of bike from bank, go for hypothecation removal and submit it to RTO to apply for NOC for bike.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Documents_required_for_NOC_for_two_wheeler\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Documents required for NOC for two wheeler<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Following are documents required for NOC for two wheeler\/ bike :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>4 copies of Form 28 with pencil print of chassis number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original RC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of valid insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of valid PUC certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address proof of new city where you want NOC<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>In case there is loan on the car, then first HP termination has to be done.
