For bike, this fee is \u20b9500<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bike_ownership_transfer_documents\"><\/span>Bike ownership transfer documents<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Following are the documents required to transfer bike ownership :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Original RC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 nos. of duly filled &amp; signed Form no.29<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 nos. of duly filled &amp; signed Form no.30<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of valid insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of valid pollution under control certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of address proof of buyer (voter card\/ passport\/ telephone (BSNL\/MTNL) \/electricity bill\/Adhaar \/Govt Bank account)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If there was loan or hypothecation on bike then additional documents required would be\u00a0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>A certificate from financier (Bank) for having retained full dues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 nos. of Form no. 35 duly filled &amp; signed by registered owner<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bike_name_transfer_form\"><\/span>Bike name transfer form<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Form 28: Certificate of No Objection (NOC). Seller must submit three copies of this form for bike ownership transfer. It is required only if you want to transfer bike from one state to another state.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Form 29: Notice for transfer of bike ownership. This form informs RTO about sale of bike. Seller must submit two copies of Form 29.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Form 30: Report for transfer of bike ownership. This form confirms details given in Form 29. Aadhaar must have Delhi address.
