A online theory test is required to get learner licence. Learning licence fees consists of application fee and test fee :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Application fees for each class of vehicle- Rs 150<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learning licence test fee- Rs 50<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stage 2: Permanent Driving Licence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After one month of learner licence, you can apply for permanent driving licence in Uttar Pradesh.  DL fees consists of application and driving skill test fee :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Driving skill test fee- Rs 300<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application fee- Rs 200<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There is additional fees of Rs 200 for smart card driving licence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The driving license fees is same for any class of vehicle.
