It sets rules and oversees the transport system in Telangana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>RTO (Regional Transport Office) is the local office where you actually go to get things done \u2014 apply for a license, pay road tax, register your vehicle, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>So, RTA is the authority.
