11. The portal asks for a 'Joint Photo', but why does my studio-clicked passport photo keep failing to upload?

Kaveri portal of Karnataka Govt. accepts very rigid format for the joint photo. It must be precisely 2B size (707mm × 500mm), pixle should be exactly 2673 × 1890, and must be under 2MB. If photo does not meet the criteria, it gets rejceted by the portal.

12. What if my wedding card or birth certificate is in a regional language like Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu?

The wedding card or birth certificate should be strictly in Kanadda or English language. If you provide it in any other regional language such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu it will be rejected by local registrar office during document verification process.You should get a notorized translated copy of these certificate to apply for marriage registration in Bangalore. 

13. Can we choose any SRO in Bangalore that has a shorter wait time?
