The following documents are required for obtaining a marriage certificate in New Mumbai: –

1. Proof of Residence – One Xerox copy of a) Ration Card or b) M.S.E.B Bill or c) Telephone Bill or d) Passport. Address proof copy is required for both bride and groom. 

1. Proof of Age – Attested Xerox copy of a) School Leaving Certificate or b) Birth Certificate. 
2. Identity proof and Address Proof of minimum 3 witnesses has to be attached with the form.
