I applied online to change my address in Driving License on 7-11-2022.I handed over the papers in person to the RTO Madurai North office on 28-11-2022.I was asked to come on -2-12-2022 to collect the card.when I went to the office on 2-12-2022 to collect I was told it is yet to be processed.I do not understand the big work involved in this.People expect bribe and they work on the applications for which they will receive bribe money quickly.others the officials make them to shunt to the office by stating one or the other answer.i made a complaint To the RTO .But no use. i am forced to return empty.
