• Visit Parivahan portal and select Vehicle Related Services.
• Choose state as Uttar Pradesh and select RTO Noida (UP-16).
• Enter vehicle registration number and last 5 digits of chassis number.
• Verify details using OTP sent to Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
• Select service Issue of Duplicate RC.
• Choose reason such as lost, stolen, or damaged RC and enter FIR number and date.
• Pay required fee
• Download payment receipt and Form 26 for record.

Process of duplicate RC Noida (offline)

Follow these steps to apply for duplicate RC in Noida offline:
