SG arrival card

Singapore arrival card is not visa. Even if you have valid Singapore visa, you cannot enter without submitting SG arrival card. If you have submitted arrival card but you do not have valid Singapore visa, it does not allow you to visit Singapore.

ePass is replacement of inked endorsement stamps on passports. Now immigration does not stamp passport. Everything is issued digitally. You can retrieve ePass through e-services of ICA portal.
Steps to retrieve e-pass Singapore
You can retrieve Singapore ePass using two ways:
- Using passport details: You need to enter passport number, DOB, nationality, passport expiry date to get epass.
- Using Disembarkation/Embarkation (DE) details: You need to enter DE number. You get DE number on acknowledgement you received on email after SG arrival card submission.
