The Indian Passport in Delhi is issued by Ministry of External Affairs. While online passport apply in Delhi, you need to choose the category on the basis of age that are classified as:
Adult passport: Indians above 18 years of age can apply for adult category of passport application in Delhi .
Minor passport: Indians below 18 years of age are eligible to apply under minor category. The minor must have a separate passport as per the Indian passport act. There are two categories of minor passports based on the validity of the passport, i.e.
Validity of Indian passport
An adult passport is valid for a period of 10 years. Minor passport is valid for 5 years or till the minor attains 18 years of age, whichever is the earliest.
Passport application fees in Delhi
Adult passport - Rs. 1500 /-
Minor passport- Rs. 1000 /-
For tatkal passport, you need to pay additional fees of Rs 2000/- for application.

2- Proof Of Date Of Birth
3- Annexure D : A declaration affirming the particulars furnished in the application about the minor as per Annexure D

3. Documents required for new passport in Tatkal category - Adult
1- Proof Of Present Address

3- 10 the certificate to apply under ECNR category
4- 3 out of 13 documents to apply under tatkal category . The list of 13 document is :

4. Documents required for new passport in Tatkal category - Minor
1- Proof Of Present Address : For minor applicants, present address proof document in the name of parent(s) can be submitted.
