    • Visit the official website of parivahan: https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/ 
    • Select ‘Vehicle related Services’
    • Select ‘State’ and input the ‘RTO number’, then click ‘Proceed’
    • Select ‘Apply for NOC’
    • Enter your vehicle details as a Vehicle Registration No. and the last five characters of chassis number
    • Fill up the application detail carefully
    • Deposit Requisite RTO fees online
    • Take print of form 28 & RTO fees receipt
    • Arrange vehicle crime report
    • Submit signed application forms along with supporting documents to the concerned RTO in Bangalore.
    • Application will be scrutanized and processed
    • You will get car NOC after one month 

    3. How long car NOC is valid in Bangalore?

    Vehicle NOC issued  from RTO never expires . It is valid till we re-register it in the new RTO.

    NOC for vehicle should be submitted to the new RTO within 30 days from the date of issue NOC . Beyond 30 days there is late fine when you will go for re-registration of vehicle. 

    The penalty amount for car is Rs. 500 per month. For bike its Rs. 300 per month.  

    4. Can I drive Delhi registered car in Bangalore?

    You can drive Delhi registered car in Bangalore for a period of 11 months without registering it at Karnataka RTO.

    The problem is, if you have already taken NOC from Delhi RTO, every month fine will keep on adding. 

    If caught by traffic police, it will be difficult to prove that you have not crossed 11 month limit, if you have not taken the vehicle NOC from Delhi.

    In case you lose RC or NOC paper , its a complicated situation and difficult to manage .

    So, its advisable to register  your car as soon as you move to Bangalore.

    5. I am transferring my vehicle from Bangalore to Mumbai which is on loan from bank. Is it necessary to repay full loan amount to get NOC from RTO ?
