Indian citizens wishing to visit the country of Croatia can apply for a tourist or business visit visa from the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in New Delhi.
Only people who wish to enter a foreign country for tourism, travel, or leisure purposes will be granted a tourist visa to Croatia. Visitors are allowed to stay for a predetermined amount of time. Any holder of this visa is not permitted to work or engage in any business activities in the host country. A tourist visa to Croatia is granted to those travelers who are looking to visit Croatia for the sole purpose of tourism, for a period less than 90 days.
A Croatian business visa allows the applicant to enter the country and engage in business activities without joining Croatia’s labor force, temporarily or permanently. Furthermore, the visitors must show that they are not receiving any income from the country from business dealings. A business visa is granted to those visitors who are planning to visit Croatia to take part in temporary work or business activities. Furthermore, this visa definitely does not allow the applicant to take up new employment in Croatia or earn an income.
Indian travelers to Croatia can also apply for transit visas if they intend to pass through Croatia’s airport on the way to another destination, or a student visa if they intend to study, perform research and development activities, or get educational training in Croatia. Travelers can also apply for a family or friend visit visa’ if they wish to visit relatives or friends who are legal residents of Croatia.
Applying for a Croatia visa for Indians requires steps such as application form filling with relevant documents and payment of visa fees. A personal interview is not required to apply for a Croatian visa. If there are any concerns about the application, the Embassy may contact the applicant for a personal interview. Visa Requirements
1. certificate of a paid tourist package
2. booking of a hotel or other accommodation
3. private accommodation booking (copy of the decision of the competent office in Croatia approving the renting)
4. day to day itinerary with ensured accommodation for the entire stay
5. complete Croatian telephone contact and address for all accommodations
6. Proof of ownership or lease of a boat/yacht etc.

Step 1: Visit Website to access the visa application form to Croatia. Under the tab ‘download forms’, select the form required and once redirected to another page, you can download a PDF version of the form.

Step 3: Then fix a coloured passport sized photograph to the application form and sign it. You must then book an appointment with the VFS Office closest to your residence. On the day of the appointment, arrive at the centre with the signed application form, supporting documents, and visa fees.
Step 4: The VFS officer will then process your application and give you a receipt with the application reference number on it. Please ensure that you hold on to this number for checking the status of your visa application

The visa fee for both a tourist and business visa is INR 5000 (EUR 60).

To track your Croatia visa application, visit the URL https://www.vfsglobal.com/Croatia/India/track_application.html . Once you click on the link, you will be redirected to a tracking page. Here you have to enter the application reference number (found on the receipt), your last name, and the verification code shown on the screen. The screen will then display your Croatia visa application status.
After your Croatia Visa application is approved, you may collect your passport from the respective embassy or office. You must collect your passport yourself. During the collection of your passport, please remember to bring the receipt issued to you on the day of your appointment.
