      1. Passport which is valid for a minimum of 3 months. It should contain at least two blank pages. All pages of the ID page, past travel entry and exit stamps should be scanned.
      2. 2 passport-size photographs 
      3. Personal covering letter 
      4. Proposed itinerary of travel
      5. Travel tickets (both ways)
      6. Proof of financial funds, such as individual income, bank statements for the last 3 months, and tax returns.
      7. Proof of accommodation
      8. Travel Insurance policy should cover expenses of a minimum of 30,000 euros

        1. Original Company NOC with stamp
        2. Last 3 months' salary slip.
        2. If Self-Employed:
        1. Business Registration Certificate / MOA / Partnership deal
        2. The company’s updated bank statement for the last 3 months
        3. The company’s IT returns for the last 3 years
        4. Cover letter from the company’s letterhead
        3. If Retired:
        Proof of retirement like a pension book, statement of last 3 months

        4. If Student:
        1. School / College / Institute ID Card
        2. No objection certificate (NOC) from the school/university
        3. For university students: Last 3 months' bank statements
        5. If Minor:
        Notary affidavit with the consent of the parents(if traveling alone or with a single parent).

        7. If Sponsored:
        1. Sponsorship letter
        2. Sponsor’s national ID proof like Passport, PAN card or Resident permit;
        3. Sponsor’s last 3 months' bank statement
        4. If the sponsor is your spouse, the marriage certificate
        5. If the sponsor is your parents, the birth certificate

        3. For Italy Transit Visa:
        1. Valid visa of a particular destination Schengen country
        2. Flight Ticket to your destination country and return tickets as well

        • Light-colored background
        • Size: 35-40 mm wide 
        • Face should cover 70-80% of the image
