Documents required for Mongolia Visa from India

Before starting Mongolia visa application, it is necessary to understand and meet Mongolia visa requirements in terms of documents and photo requirements. 

Documents required for Mongolia evisa application

1. Copy of valid passport that has minimum of 6 months validity 
2. 3.5×4.5cm photograph;
3. A copy of hotel booking or accommodation information in Mongolia;
4. A copy of flight tickets.

Documents required for Mongolia visa at embassy

1. Completed and signed Mongolian Visa application form;
2. Original Indian Passport that has minimum of six months validity before your intended travel to Mongolia;
3. 3.5×4.5cm photograph;
4. A copy of hotel booking or accommodation information in Mongolia;
5. A copy of flight tickets.

All the general documents mentioned above are required for a Mongolian tourist visa as well as all other types of Mongolian Visas. 

Additonal documents as per type of visa:

1. Business visa
   1. Invitaion letter from organisation/company
2. Student visa
   1. Admission approval letter from school/university

You must also remember that no soft copies of documents are accepted by the Embassy or the consulates of Mongolia in India.

Mongolia Visa Photo Requirements

The photo requirements for Mongolian Visa are as follows:

• Mongolia visa photo size should be 3.5×4.5cm 
• Coloured photograph, only in a white background.
• Neutral expression facing the camera
• No headgear, sunglasses, caps, or hats except for religious purposes.
• The image should be clear, focused, and sharp without shadows or glares.
• Your face must be visible with no hair covering your face at all.
