  2. A digital photo of the applicant of size 35*45 mm
  3. Photocopy of the applicant's passport.
  4. Valid hotel booking details in Oman.
  5. Confirmed return tickets
  6. Medical Insurance
  7. A copy of a valid Schengen visa or a valid visa or residence permit to the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, or Australia.
