Apply for Poland Visa

Step 1: Know your visa type

It is highly recommended to have a vivid knowledge of the type of visa you are going for. Sometimes due to some reason a particular visa type might not be available, then you are compelled to look for alternatives. 

Step 2: fill out the form 

You have to apply the form online and take a printed copy of the same. Note that submission of the form online does not mean that your visa application process is over. 

Step 3: Submissions at VAC

After receiving the hard copy, you have to sign it and go to a visa application center located in Delhi and Mumbai 

Step 4: Book an appointment

This is the day when you have to submit the documents and settle on a date for an interview. All the biometric information such as your handprints will be taken from here. 

You can select a date for an interview and wait until confirmation. You will receive the confirmation through mail or SMS.YOu can book appointment through VFS service agency 

It should be noted that each individual has to pay Diversity Visa Fee, which is non-refundable, before the interview, whether the visa is given or not.

Step 5: Go for the interview

You need to be calm and polite while giving the interview. You have to make it clear that you will return to India after visiting Poland (otherwise known as the number of days you are going to stay).

Additionally, you have to ensure that you have enough finance to be able to go to Poland and return safely.
