Poland visa for Indians

Documents required for China Visa

If you are applying for Poland visa from India, you need to have these documents. Make sure you have:

• Passport valid for a minimum of 3 months with two blank pages. All page of the ID page, past travel entry and exit stamps should be scanned.
• 2 passport size photographs 
• Personal covering letter 
• Proposed itinerary of travel
• Travel tickets (both ways)
• Proof of financial funds such as individual income, bank statements of last 3 months, and tax returns.
• Proof of accommodation
• Travel Insurance policy should cover expenses of a minimum of 30000 euros

Supporting documents as per your occupation

1. If Employed:

• Original Company NOC with stamp
• Last 3 months salary slip.

2. If Self Employed:

• Business Registration Certificate / MOA / Partnership deal
• Company’s updated bank statement of last 3 months
• Company’s IT returns for last 3 years
• Cover letter from company’s letterhead

3. If Retired:

• Proof of retirement like pension book, statement of last 3 months
• 
  

4. If Student:

• School / College / Institute ID Card
• No objection certificate (NOC) from school/university
• For university students: Last 3 months bank statements

5. If Minor:

• Notary affidavit with the consent of the parents(if traveling alone or with a single parent).

6. If Sponsored:

• Sponsorship letter
• Sponsor’s national ID proof like Passport, PAN card or Resident permit;
• Sponsor’s last 3 months bank statement
• if the sponsor is your spouse: the marriage certificate
• if the sponsor is your parents: birth certificate

Supporting documents as per the purpose of visit

1. For family visit:

• Invitation letter
• Inviter’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit

2. For Business Visa:

• Invitation letter from host Company stating the purpose of the trip, business details, etc;
• Covering letter from Indian company on company letterhead.
• Company bank statement
• Company Registration Proof

3. For Poland Transit Visa:

• Valid visa of a particular destination Schengen country
• Flight Ticket to your destination country and return tickets as well

Poland visa photo requirements for Indians

• Take a recent photo (within the last 6 months)
• Use a light-colored background
• Make sure the photo is 35-40 mm wide

Face Focus

• Your face should take up 70-80% of the photo
• Look straight at the camera with a neutral expression (no smiling or annoying)
• Keep your eyes open and clearly visible
• Close your mouth
• Show both sides of your face

Avoid These Mistakes

• No shadows or reflections on your face
• No red eyes
• Only wear religious head coverings, and make sure your face is still visible
• Prescription glasses are okay, but:
  • Frames shouldn't cover your eyes
  • Lenses shouldn't be colored
  • No flash reflections on the lens
