How to apply for Singapore visa from India online

Singapore visa requirements

• Original valid (Minimum 183 Days validity required from the date of travel) with copy of front and back page along with all original old Passport required (Original Passport will return after the verification).
• Duly filled Form14A for each applicant (Handwritten / Typed) , 4th page signature required. (Whitener, Overwritten, in complete applications are not acceptable).
• Recently camera clicked (60% HEADBOLD) color photographs 2nos WITH GLOSSY OR MATT FINISH, Previous visa photos not acceptable (Photo Specification attached below).
• Proof of Hotel reservation
• Applicant personal Covering letter (If Salaried person letter on white paper enough / If Business person letter on business letterhead required (Format attached below).
• Onward & Return travel ticket

Supporting financial documents required as per Occupation:

For salaried applicant : (Employment Proof Required)

• Last 3 months salary slips.

For Business person: (Business Proof Required)

• Copy of GST / Registration License / MOA / Partnership deed.
• Last 3 months personal bank statement (Saving A/c) with sufficient balance.

For Agriculture applicant: (Agriculture Proof Required)

• Agriculture land documents copy
• Personal bank statement for last 3months with sufficient balance.

For Freelancer / Family Business applicant:

• Declare on the covering letter freelance & describe the job with monthly income / if doing family business declare designation and brief the type of job with monthly income.
• Personal bank statement for the last 3months with sufficient balance.

For Pensioner applicant: (Pension Proof Required))

• Declaration on the covering letter regards pensioner with monthly income.
• Pension passbook / pension copy
• Last 3 months Personal bank statement with sufficient balance..

For Retired applicant:

• Declaration on the covering letter regards retired person
• Last 3 months personal bank statement with sufficient balance.

If student Above 18+:

• School / College / Institute ID Card.

If minor travelling alone:

• Letter from the parents with any government issued valid ID copy required.

To Visit Friend / Relative in Singapore :

• Letter of invitation (LOI), Passport copy & IC card copy required from Singapore.
  (Or)
• Duly filled V39A from the Singapore citizens.

To Visit Business Purpose to Singapore:

• Indian company authorization letter to travel Singapore for business purpose.
• Duly filled V39A form with date, sign & company seal from Singapore.
