    1. Passport valid for at least 3 months beyond departure date. 2 blank pages. Scan all pages, including ID page and travel stamps
    2. 2 passport size photographs 
    3. Personal covering letter 
    4. Proposed itinerary of travel
    5. Travel tickets (both ways)
    6. Proof of financial funds such as individual income, bank statements of last 3 months, and tax returns.
    7. Proof of accommodation
    8. Travel Insurance policy should cover expenses of a minimum of 30,000 euros

    • Original company NOC with stamp
    • Last 3 months' salary slips

    2. Self Employed:

    1. Business registration certificate/MOA/partnership deed
    2. Company's updated bank statement (last 3 months)
    3. Company's IT returns (last 3 years)
    4. Cover letter on company letterhead
    3. Retired:

    Proof of retirement (pension book, last 3 months' statement)

    4. Student:

    1. School/College/Institute ID card
    2. NOC from school/university
    3. Last 3 months' bank statements (for university students)
    5. Minor:

    Notary affidavit with parental consent (if traveling alone or with single parent)

    6. If Sponsored:

    1. Sponsorship letter
    2. Sponsor's national ID proof (passport, PAN card, or resident permit)
    3. Sponsor's last 3 months' bank statement
    4. Additional documents:
      • Marriage certificate (if sponsor is spouse)
      • Birth certificate (if sponsor is parent)

    1.For family visit:
    1. Invitation letter
    2. Inviter’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit

    2. For Business Visa:
    1. Invitation letter from host Company stating purpose of trip, business details etc;
    2. Covering letter from Indian company on company letterhead.
    3. Company bank statement

    3. For Spain Transit Visa:
    1. Valid visa of a particular destination Schengen country
    2. Flight Ticket to your destination country and return tickets as well

    Spain visa photo requirements

    1. Recent photo within the last 6 months with light-colored background.
    2. 35 to 40 mm wide photo size, with the face covering 70–80% of the image.
    3. Printed on high quality paper, high resolution, colored images with best suited brightness and contrast. 
    4. Individuals should look directly at the camera with a neutral expression, with eyes opened and clearly visible, mouth closed, and both sides of the face visible. 
    5. No shadows, reflections, or red eyes.
    6. Only religious head covering is permitted, but even with this, both sides of the face and from the top of the forehead to the chin should be visible.
    7. Prescription eyewear is allowed, provided the frame of the glasses should not cover your eyes at all, lens is not tinted, and no flash should be reflecting from the lens.
