• Completed & signed application form
• Both old and new passports
• Passport valid for at least 6 months
• Two white background color passport size photos
• Personal bank statements for the last 3 months
• Confirmed round-trip air tickets
• Hotel booking in Taiwan
• Other additional documents (may be required during processing)

• Company letter stating employment, job title, and purpose of visit
• Invitation letter
• Business documents (e.g., company registration certificate, import/export licenses)
• Company covering letter
• Company bank statements and income tax returns (past 3 months)
• Details of the contact person in Taiwan (name, address, phone number)
• Past 3 months company’s bank statements and company income tax returns
• Day to Day business itinerary

 Additional Documents for Conference /Exhibition

• No objection letter from applicant’s current institute, employer, or company
• An invitation letter issued from Taiwan
• Proof of payment for attending a conference
• Proof of family relationship
• Proof of relatives residence in Taiwan, e.g. English copy of Taiwan’s household registration or Alien Residence Certificate (ARC/APRC)

Additional Documents for Joining/Visiting Family

• An invitation letter issued from Taiwan
• Proof of family relationship
• Bank statements for the last 3 months
