Thailand visa requirements

• Valid passport having validity of at least 6 months. 
• Duly filled Thailand visa application form by the applicant, under the guidance of our travel experts 
• Two recent photographs of size 45mm * 35mm
• Hotel bookings or local address showing accommodation proof 

Note: Black & white photographs are not accepted. 

Additional documents depending on the type of visa applied:

Thailand Tourist Visa:

• Proof of returning flight tickets
• Bank statement or proof of funds (at least 20,000 to 40,000 Baht/ person)
• Proof of accommodation 
• Letter of invitation 
• Thailand Transit Visa: 
• Proof of travel to 3rd destination via Thailand 
• Proof of funds for Thailand not less than 20,000 Baht 
• Third country visa or required travel documents

Thailand Employment/Business Visa:

• Employment contract mentioning the work/ salary/ DOJ 
• Letter of recommendation from the employer’s previous companies 

• Work permit which is issued by the Ministry of Labour (only to those who have worked previously in Thailand)

Thailand Student Visa:

• Certificates of educational qualifications
• Cover letter

• Proof of admission to a recognized university (letter of admission from institute)

Thailand Spouse Visa

• Proof of fund (min. TBH 10,000)

• Confirmed air tickets as proof of onward travel from Thailand

Thailand visa photo requirements

• Two copies of a color photograph 
• Photo size should be 35mm x 45mm
• Ensure the face covers 70-80% of the frame
• The photo should not be older than 6 months
• Use white background
• Maintain a neutral expression
• Avoid wearing glasses
• Headgears are not allowed, except for religious reasons
• Ensure your clothing doesn’t match the background
