6. Turkish e-Visa – These visas permit Indians to travel to Turkey for tourism or trade only. The Visa is valid for 180 days but you stay in Turkey for 30 days. Indians are only eligible for single-entry visa. The visa costs 43 USD. Indians with Ordinary passports can apply for e-Visa. Others need to visit the Turkish Embassy/Consulate General in India to apply for a Turkish visa. The validity of the visa starts from the date specified in the application. If you change your travel plans, you need to apply for a new e-Visa. You can apply for an e-Visa 48 hours before your trip to Turkey. You can apply for an e-Visa for yourself, a family of 10 or fewer people or a group of 30 or fewer people.

The original passport should be issued less than 10 years with a minimum validity of 6 months beyond the intended duration of stay in Turkey and at least two blank pages.

Confirmed to and from flight tickets
Hotel reservation with the details of the applicant’s name check-in & check-out time for the entire travel in Turkey
Evidence of your financial status. Turkey requires visitors to have at least Rs. 3,178.72 per day for staying in the country.
Cover letter stating your purpose of travel.
Original Last 6 months’ bank statement of personal account attested by the bank

How to apply for Turkey Visa?

You can apply for a Turkey e-Visa at (evisa.gov.tr).
Select the country as “India” and choose your travel document.
Fill out the application.
Pay the fees with a debit/credit card or net banking.
Download the e-Visa in the final step after the application is complete.
The link to download the e-Visa will also be emailed.
