Step 2: After that, click on “Citizen Services” and select “Central Citizen Services” from the drop- down menu to get an NCRB report of vehicle online.

Step 3: On the next page, “Citizen Login” will appear. Enter all the details mentioned on the page like-

• Enter your mobile number* – Enter the same number on which OTP can come.
• Click on “Send OTP”.
• Enter OTP* – Enter the correct OTP.
• Enter name* – Enter the name which is the same on the RC and all the other documents required.
• Enter the captcha code* – Enter the characters shown in the textbox
• Click on Login.

Step 4: A new screen will open with 4 options: Generate Vehicle NOC, Missing Person Search, Proclaimed Offenders, and Locate Nearest PS.

Step 5: Click on Generate Vehicle NOC. Fill all the details with correct information to get the vehicle NCRB report.

• Name* – You will notice that name cannot be changed. So you have to fill the correct name in Step 3 only.
• Vehicle type* – Choose the type of vehicle from the list.
• Registration Number* – Enter the registration number.
• Chassis number* – Enter the chassis number.
• Engine number* – Enter the engine number.
• Click on “Search”.
• The file will take some time to get a download.

Step 6: The file will be downloaded in the form of a PDF. You can open the file.

Step 7: In the PDF File, you will see the complete information about your vehicle. The information will tell you the date that the vehicle is clean or not from the Police Criminal Database.
