How Many Address Proof Documents Are Required?

You need to give one valid document as your proof of address for passport. The number of documents can change depending on how long you have lived at your present address:

To be accepted as address proof, your bank passbook or statement should meet these rules:

• Must be passbook of a running account (savings or current).
