You can use bank account passbook that will act as proof of address for passport. Create a joint bank account with your husband. Just make sure the account has your current address and both names on it. You can use this joint account statement as address proof when you are applying for a passport.

• You need to submit your present address proof for passport, no matter how long you have lived there. Also, you need to mention all the places where you lived in the past year

• (For Document No. 7): Only public limited companies can give passport address proof documents on the company letterhead along with a seal.

Adults, senior citizens, and kids all require the same documentation (below 18 years of age). The sole exception is that in the case of minors, you will be required to provide a declaration affirming the minor’s details as stated in Annexure D of the application. Adults (aged 18 to 65) must also indicate if they fall into the Non-ECR (Emigration Check Required) category, which will necessitate the submission of a few more papers.
