The following is a list of Aadhar card address change documents required to update your Aadhaar address: 

• You need PoI and PoA i.e., your ID card and Address Proof to update your address.
• Be sure you have origianal PoI ans PoA.

Other than Aadhar card address change documents there are list of documents that will require for registration of Aadhar 

When you go to aadhar centre take your documents. Be sure the Aadhaar card  have same address that you write in the form. If there is error then updating  address will take time.

These are the general documents required to update aadhar card

Proof of Identity (PoI):

Proof of Identity is used to verify your identity. Documents must be in your name and have a recent photograph of you.

• Passport
• Driving license
• PAN card
• Voter ID card
• NREGA card
• Aadhaar card

Proof of Address (PoA):

Used to verify your current address.  These must be in your name and have your current address on them.

• Passport
• Driving license
• Voter ID card
• Ration card
• Bank statement (not older than 3 months)
• Electricity bill (not older than 3 months)
• Water bill (not older than 3 months)
• Gas bill (not older than 3 months)
• Telephone bill (not older than 3 months)
• Insurance policy (not older than 1 year)
• Property tax receipt (not older than 1 year)
• Letter from employer or school
• Certificate from landlord or local authority

Proof of Date of Birth (PoD):

• Birth certificate
• School leaving certificate
• Passport
• PAN card
• Voter ID card
• NREGA card
• Aadhaar card

These documents are used to verify your date of birth. Must be in your name and your date of birth mentioned on the documents.

For NRIs:

• Valid OCI card along with valid Foreign Passport
• Long Term VISA (LTV) document along with Foreign Passport (valid or expired) of origin country issued to minorities communities of Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan namely Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and Christians
• VISA along with valid Foreign Passport issued to other Resident Foreigners who have stayed in India for 182 days or more in the immediately preceding 12 months

These documents are used to verify the identity, address and date of birth of NRIs.

How to Change Your Aadhaar Address 

Before making any changes in your Aadhar card, go through the list of aadhar card address change documents

• Go to the UIDAI’s SSUP portal’s official website at ssup.uidai.gov 
• Go to the homepage and click ‘Update Aadhaar’. 
• Complete the UIDAI’s request for information and enter the right captcha. 
• Select ‘Send OTP’ from the drop-down menu. Your registered mobile number will receive a six-digit OTP. 
• To update your address, enter the OTP and select the ‘Update Address’ option. 
•  Make the necessary adjustments and submit  the form by clicking the ‘Proceed’ button. 
• Attach any POA documents that support the proposed revisions. 
•  Press the submit button. You can also get a sneak peek at the changes that have been made.
• You will receive an update request number (URN) from UIDAI, which you can use to track the progress of your Aadhaar card update.
