Now if you are going to the RTO for skill test, you can carry these documents:

Check the application status and click on print acknowledgment which shows required documents.

  1. Print out of your application status
  2. Completed Application Form (Form 1)
  3. Medical Certificate (Form 1A) signed by an authorized doctor
  4. Print out the appointment confirmation slip
  5. Fee Payment Receipt
