A Telangana learning licence is usually issued to an individual who is still practising driving, before he/she obtains a permanent driving licence. This specific type of licence is valid only for a certain time period and the applicants have to fulfil all these criterias mentioned below before applying for a learning licence in Telangana:

  • Must be an 8th-standard-pass minimum.
  • Must be aware of all the Telangana traffic rules.
  • Minimum age must be sixteen years to apply for a licence for driving a gearless motorcycle, with the parents’ or legal guardian’s permission.
