1. Form no. 1:

Form no. 27 is known as the application for the assignment of a new registration mark to a motor vehicle. This form is to be filled out by the applicant when they want to register their vehicle once again. This situation occurs when an applicant moves from one state to another state.

6. Form no. 28:

Form no. 28 is known as the application and grant of no objection certificate. As per the name, it is a form for getting the no objection certificate for getting a driving license.

7. Form no. 30:

Form no. 30 is used when a person transfers his ownership of the vehicle to another person then this form needs to submit to the rto. In this form details such as transferee and transferor, etc needs to mention.

8. Form no. 31:

This form 31 is filled out. If the vehicle owner is deceased and the applicant is willing to take over the ownership of the vehicle.

  1. Process of obtaining a driving license.

If you want to make a driving license, then you can easily make a driving license by following the steps.

  1. You need an age & address proof
  2. You also need form no.2/4 for learning as well as a driving license
  3. Medical certificate Form no.1(A) is also necessary
  4. Then you have to apply for the learner’s exam and then you have to clear the test
  5. You have to apply for a permanent license after obtaining the learner’s license
  6. You have to fix a date for the practical test

  3. Then you will have to get a registration mark on the number plate of your vehicle and get it approved by the registering authority you will get it within 30 days.
  4. The validity spans up to 15 years for private vehicles. While for the transport vehicle, the validity spans up to the expiry date of the Fitness certificate.
  5. The owner must apply for a renewal within 30 days from the expiry date.
  6. Transfer of RC from one State to another

If you are moving to the other state with your vehicle then you need to deregister your vehicle from the original state and then to so you have to follow the particular steps: –

  1. The first thing that you have to do is that you have to Apply for NOC by submitting RTO Form 28 to the particular RTO of the original state.
  2. If you want to sell your vehicle in the new state then you will need RTO Form 29

And then you have to Submit NOC to the new RTO

  1. Then you have to pay the road tax applicable in the new state.
  2. After that, you will get the new vehicle registration number from the new RTO.
