  5. Enter your Learners License Number and Date of Birth (DOB).
  6. You will need to provide your details, upload documents, and pay the application fees.
  7. Proceed to the next level for OTP verification on your registered mobile number.
  8. Once submitted, your new Learner’s License will be issued within a few days. You can check the status online.
  9. When ready, you can book an appointment and visit the RTO to get your new Learner’s License card.

  1. Pay Rs. 150 to apply for the learners license (Form 3). So, to renew learning licence fee you need to pay is Rs. 150
  2. If you have to take a test at the RTO. This costs Rs. 50.
  3. If you fail the test, you can take it again by paying Rs. 50 again.
  4. When you pass the test, you need to show you can drive that vehicle. This driving test costs Rs. 300 for each type of vehicle you want a learning license for.
