You need to keep the following documents in place to apply for a France business visa:

Passport

  • A valid Indian passport with more than 2 blank pages is required
  • It must be valid for 6 months from the end of travel 
  • It must not be damaged, slit, or turned in anyway

Passport sized photograph 

  • The photo must be taken against a white surface
  • The dimension of the photo should be 35×45 mm (length – 45mm, breadth – 35mm)
  • You must carry at least 2 photocopies 
  • Do not wear any glasses in the picture
  • The ears must be visible 
  • Apart from religious reasons, avoid wearing any headgear. 
  • Do not show your teeth while the photograph is being taken

Flight ticket

  • The tickets must involve both ongoing and return itinerary.
  • It must be a confirmed round-trip flight ticket

Travel Insurance 

  • You must have travel insurance which covers your period of stay in France. This insurance shall cover any unforeseen situation such as injury or accident 

Bank statement

  • Bank statements such as income statements of the past 6 months, income tax statements, etc are eligible
  • The bank statement must be provided with an authentic seal and signature from a respective bank 
  • It must be original and must be obtained from the savings bank account

The invitation letters 

  • The letter must be from the France organization for your business purpose
  • The invitation letter should contain the signature of the authority, the designation, and the stamp. 
  • It shall also carry the contact details, the purpose of travel as well as the sponsorship details
