Italy business visa requirements

The following mandatory documents are required for Italy Business Visa:-

1. An ordinary Indian passport with 2 blank which is valid for 3 months from the date of departure from Italy.
2. One recent passport-sized photo with white background.
3. Travel itinerary
4. Applicant salary slips or bank statements of the last 6 months
5. Applicant Income Tax Returns from the past 3 years.
6. Confirmed return flight tickets.
7. Hotel bookings
8. Travel insurance with minimum coverage of €30,000
9. Cover letter from company’s letterhead
10. Invitation letter from Italian Company with company letter head

Additional documents:-

1. Photocopy of all the previous Schengen visa or UK/USA residence permits.
2. Photocopy of the front and last page of your existing passport.
3. Copy of the Visura Camerale of the Italian company, dated not less than 6 months from your intended arrival.

  • Cover letter from company’s letterhead

  • Pension statement for the previous six months
  • Proof of regular income received from property or rent for the last six months (if any)
