The first step to get your Cuba visa is to fill up the Cuba visa form and book an appointment with the Cuba embassy through their e mail ID. On the day of appointment, submit Cuba visa application form, fee in cash, original as well as photocopies of the supporting documents for your concerned visa at embassy. You will receive an email notification to collect your Cuba visa and original documents when your Cuba Visa is approved by the Consular Section.

Please note that the Cuba Embassy is the sole provider of Cuba Visas in India. There are no other Cuba Consulates in India.

Application procedure for Cuba visa from India

You can not apply for Cuba visa online from India. An Indian can obtain a Cuba Visa by following the steps below:

  1. Download the Visa application form Visa application form
  2. Paste a photo, sign it and fill up the form.
  3. Book an appointment at Cuba Embassy via [email protected] for Tourist Visa. For Business Visa application, mail at [email protected], [email protected].
  4. On the day of the appointment, go to Cuba Embassy with the Cuba Visa application form, original supporting documents, photo and fee.
  5. Submit the documents and the Cuba Visa application form.
  6. Pay the Visa fee in cash or by bank transfer.
  7. You will receive an SMS update to collect your Cuba Visa.

You can also send the Visa application form, photocopies of the supporting document, an envelope, stamps and your original passport by post to the Cuba Embassy to submit your Cuba Visa application.

The following original documents are required for Cuba tourist visa for Indian to submit at embassy along with application form:

  1. Duly signed and completed Cuba tourist visa application form
  2. A valid Indian passport
  3. Flight itinerary
  4. Tourist visa fee receipt
  5. A recent photograph
  6. Confirmed reservations of hotel or house authorized for rent at least per 3 days.
