You can not apply for Cuba visa online from India. An Indian can obtain a Cuba Visa by following the steps below:
- Download the Visa application form Visa application form
- Paste a photo, sign it and fill up the form.

- On the day of the appointment, go to Cuba Embassy with the Cuba Visa application form, original supporting documents, photo and fee.
