The following mandatory documents are required for Italy Business Visa:-
- Indian passport with 2 blank which is valid for 3 months from the date of departure from Italy.
- One recent passport size photo with white background.
- Travel itinerary
- Applicant salary slips or bank statements of the last 6 months
- Applicant Income Tax Returns from the past 3 years.
- Confirmed return flight tickets.
- Hotel bookings
- Travel insurance with minimum coverage of €30,000
- Cover letter from company’s letterhead
- Invitation letter from Italian Company with company letter head

- Photocopy of the front and last page of your existing passport.
