Steps to apply for the Haryana learning license

Following are the steps to apply for learning license in Haryana

1. Go to official site Parivahan Seva.
2. Select Haryana in state option.
3. On top left, click Learners License and then Apply for Learners License.
4. No you have to enter your details such as your name, your address, etc.
5. You have to select the category for driving license like an LMV, MCMSR, LMV–NT, MCWG, or M/CYCL.WG, HGMV
6. Your application number will be generated. You have to go and download that number for further use.
7. Now upload required documents for verification.
8. Select appointment for Haryana learning license.
9. Go to Fee Payment option and pay fees online.

Test for the learning license Haryana

After you apply for learning license, you need to take online test.

Test details :

1. You will get 10 multiple choice questions to answer.
2. You will have 10 minutes to answer each question, with 1 minute per question.

To pass this exam, you must be familiar with road signs, traffic signals, and regulations. You will have to score minimum 6 out of 10 to clear the test.

If you pass the exam, you will get a learner’s license for the vehicle you applied for. You can drive vehicle dispalying red L sign on your vehicle. You should be accompanies by a person who is having valid driving licence.

If you failed in the test then you can reapply for it after 7 days.

Eligibility for Haryana learning license

Following are the eligibility criteria for learning license:

1. Learning license for light motor vehicle is issued to only those who is above 18 years.
2. To learn commercial vehicle, you should be above the age of 20 years.
3. Learning license for motor vehicle not exceeding engine capacity of 50cc is issued to you only if you are above the age of 16 years.
4. If age is 16 – 18, parents consent required.
5. Commercial learning license is issued to you only if you hold a permanent driving license for not less than 1 year.
6. You must be aware of traffic rules and regulations.
