The following documents are required for Japan Business Visa:-

1. Valid Indian passport
2.  Japan Business visa application form
3. One passport-sized photo
4. Boarding ticket of the flight and flight/cruise tickets with entry/departure date from Japan.
5. Proof of sufficient funds like travel requisition
6. Certificate of employment
7. Letter of Invitation from the host in Japan
8. Travel itinerary
