Well this online application of parivahan services in delhi , is a bit strange , even though this blog mentions “two options”either online or offline with a personal visit to RTO , its only at the last step after you press acknowledgement form ok , that you get the reciept and its written you must visit the RTO physically!
strange since this does not feature anywhere in the beginning and in their flashy text on the web page its keeps popping up “faceless” contactless driving license services
