The one-year duration is counted from the first appointment date.
A new application receipt will be generated after the change in appointment date for the PSK visit. You have to carry the new appointment receipt and documents to PSK on a rescheduled date. You can reschedule passport appointment under normal as well as tatkal mode of application.

- Select the current file and click on the schedule appointment tab
- You will see a confirmation message with the number of remaining reschedule/cancellation attempts.

- It will book new appointment for the selected PSK
- Download new generated application receipt and print it
