I approached birth certificate office near valluvar kottam for correction of my daughter name, father name, mother name and house address of birth. All small corrections. I gave passpory, baahar, driving license, PAN card, election card of all. The staff was very rude. He demanded school certificate.( which I am not having at chennai now) He said address can not becorrected. Whether all such document required. Can they relay on Passport.
