  • Personal Income Tax Return (ITR) or Form 16 for the past year, if applicable

Additional requirements for sponsored trips

  • Guarantee letter from the sponsor in Peru or India, stating they will cover accommodation, travel expenses, or repatriation if required
  • A valid identification document of the sponsor, such as a Peruvian DNI, Aadhar card, passport, or another national ID
  • Financial documents of the sponsor, such as bank statements or fixed deposits

Additional Business related documents

  • An apostilled invitation letter from a business associate in Peru, written in English or Spanish. The letter must be sent directly to consular@embassyperuindia.in
  • A formal letter from the applicant’s employer stating the company profile and purpose of travel
  • Letter from a recognized Indian chamber of commerce (FIEO, FICCI, APEDA, ASSOCHAM, PHD, etc.) confirming the company’s registration details
  • Proof of company registration of the applicant’s employer
