1. Individual to Individual Transfer (No Prior Loan)

- Original Registration Certificate (RC)
- Two copies of Form 29
- Two copies of Form 30
- Copy of valid Insurance Certificate
- Copy of valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate
- Copy of Address Proof for the Buyer
- Affidavit on plain paper, signed by both the seller and buyer
2. Transfer of Vehicle That Had a Loan
Following are the documents required for RC transfer if vehicle had a load:
- Original Registration Certificate (RC)
- Two copies of Form 29
- Two copies of Form 30
- Two copies of Form 35, duly filled and signed by the registered owner
- A certificate from the financier (Bank) confirming all dues have been cleared
