Visit Parivahan Sewa website
Choose state, apply for “New Learner’s License”
Fill form, visit RTO with originals and fee receipt

Click on Fee Payment

Now Choose Payment Method and Enter Details:

Click on E-Payment and select Application Fee
Enter application number and date of birth.
Click on Click Here to Calculate Fee to see the driving license fee in India.
Choose SBI Pay > Click Pay Now > Click Proceed for Payment

Choose Payment Option

Select your preferred payment method: debit/credit card/prepaid card, internet banking, wallet, or UPI
Follow the instructions for the method you choose to complete the payment.

Get Your Receipt:

After successful payment, you will receive a payment receipt.
