Learner’s License Online Apply (India)
- Visit Parivahan Sewa website
- Choose state, apply for “New Learner’s License”
- Fill form, visit RTO with originals and fee receipt

- Fill application, upload documents

- Choose your state from the dropdown
- Click on Fee Payment

- Click on Click Here to Calculate Fee to see the driving license fee in India.
- Choose SBI Pay > Click Pay Now > Click Proceed for Payment
Choose Payment Option
- Select your preferred payment method: debit/credit card/prepaid card, internet banking, wallet, or UPI
- Follow the instructions for the method you choose to complete the payment.
Get Your Receipt:
- After successful payment, you will receive a payment receipt.
