Step 2: Log In to Your Account

  • Click Apply Online.
  • Enter your username, password/OTP, and captcha, then click Login.

Step 3: Search for Birth Details

  • If you have the Registration Number -> Select “Yes”, enter it, and click Search.
  • If you don’t have the number -> Select “No”, then enter:
    • Child’s Date of Birth
    • Child’s Name
    • Father’s Name

  • Click Search to retrieve the record.

  • If correct -> tick the confirmation checkbox and enter the number of copies you need.
  • Enter the captcha and click Submit.

Step 5: Make Payment (If Applicable)

  • Review details and click Make Payment.
  • Choose a payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI).
  • After successful payment, an acknowledgment receipt is generated (keep this for tracking).

Step 6: Track Application Status

  • Return to Seva Sindhu portal -> Login as a registered user.
  • Go to View Status of Application -> Track Application Status.
  • Enter your Application Reference Number (from acknowledgment/SMS).
  • If status shows “Delivered”, your certificate is ready.

Step 7: Download Your BBMP Birth Certificate

  • Under Issue Document(s), click Output Certificate.
  • Your BBMP birth certificate online will be generated as a PDF.
  • Save it and print copies as needed – this PDF is digitally signed and valid for all legal purposes.

Offline Application Process for BBMP Birth Certificate Bangalore
