Citizen Service Centre (CSC)

Citizen Service centres are the authorized centers that perform the task of the Nagar Nigam Operator. They assist citizens to fill out registration form based on the information provided. After submitting the application form, you will receive an SMS on the registered mobile number. The people of CSC maintain separate account to collect the payment from the citizens. They will submit this payment to the Nagar Nigam.

After processing, you can collect the birth certificate from the CSC centers once the certificate is available on the site.

e- Nagarsewa  UP website

  • Visit the website e- nagarsewa
  • Click on “Citizen Services” and select “Citizen Login”
  • Click on “Proceed to Citizen Login”
  • Enter your mobile number and password
  • Select Birth Registration / Birth Certificate
  • Fill out all the details correctly and click on “Submit”
  • Upload required documents
  • Submit the application
  • Download the certificate once approved

Offline application for Birth Certificate UP

Following are the steps to get birth certificate in UP:

  • Visit the local Nagar Nigam / Nagar Palika / Gram Panchayat office

      You can approach Nagar nigam office or the panchayat where birth took place . You can get birth certificate. In case record is not available, you can apply for NABC
