Stage 1: Learning Licence

• Learning licence test fee- Rs 50

Stage 2: Permanent Driving Licence

After one month of learner licence, you can apply for permanent driving licence in Uttar Pradesh. DL fees consists of application and driving skill test fee.

• Driving skill test fee- Rs 300
• Application fee- Rs 200

There is additional fees of Rs 200 for smart card driving licence.

The driving license fees is same for any class of vehicle. If you apply for multiple class of vehicle at the same time, you need to pay fees for addition of class of vehicle to DL.
