All diplomatic/official passport holders
No separate documents required for non ECR passport other than the diplomatic passport.
All Ghazetted government officials, their spouses, and their dependents.
1. For civil servants
Documents required for Non ECR passport for civil servants:
- Identification card under Annex A, or
- Customs clearance under Annex G, or
- Advance notice under Annex H (PI)
2.For the spouse of a civil servant
Documents required for Non ECR passport for the spouse of a civil servant
- Identification according to Annex A, or
- A certified copy of the marriage certificate issued by the Registrar
3.Dependents of government officials
Documents required for Non ECR passport for the dependents of government officials are as follow:
- Identification card based on Annex A, or
