Now, you have to pay fee of Rs. 110 (in India) or Rs. 1020 (outside India). You can pay with demand draft, credit card, debit card or net banking. 

3. Confirmation Mail 

When the form is successfully submitted, you will get acknowledgment no. Now you have to print this acknowledgement and affix two photos.

4. Submit Documents

Now sign the acknowledgment, payment proof, ID/address documents and Aadhaar copy to the NSDL address within 15 days.

5. Track Application Status 

If you want to track application status, you can track it with SMS, email, or calling the helpline number. 

6. Receive New PAN Card

Once approved, you will receive your updated PAN card within 10-15 days.

Points to Note while making PAN card correction

•  You have to only fill fields where correction is needed – leave other boxes blank where you don’t need PAN card correction.
• If you want to change name and DOB, additional documents like marriage certificate/gazette notification will be required.
• You can pay via credit/debit card or net banking – other entities have restrictions.
